Orders

warehouse, within
24-48 hours, but
please allow up
to 7 days for
delivery after
shipment.
Our warehouse

in southern
California where
most our
products are
shipped
from. We
ship products
via
U.P.S. ground.
When you
receive your
order, it is
important to
check the
condition of the
shipment while
the carrier is
making the
delivery. This
way, you may
alert him/her
immediately to
the damage and
take the proper
procedures. It
might also be
advisable to
check the
contents of your
shipment while
the carrier is
present.
MERCHANDISE
REPLACEMENTS:
Merchandise must
be returned
within 7 days of
receipt, complete
in its original
packaging,
shipping paid for
by the
customer.
Include the
original packing
slip with your
reason for
return, written
directly on the
packing
slip. Send
package via UPS
ground, or USPS
priority with
delivery

process your
replacement.

merchandise is no
longer available,

Manufacturing
design changes
occur from time
to time. Although
we contract for
the specific
models, designs,
etc., we have no
control over
minor variations
(such as color,
designs, etc.),
and reserve the
right to fulfill
orders with
merchandise of
equivalent value
as received from
our
suppliers.
